PM activities:- Management of several dedicated teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices simultaneously;- Assisting clients with setting up development processes, e.g. MVP and post-MVP scope creation, priorities setting, scope and time management;- Supporting teams with successful delivery demonstrable product increments in agile dev process: help with priorities settings, scope determination, impediments removal, motivation, feedback provisioning;- Project management from initiation till closure, incl.: WBS preparation, scheduling, risk management, progress tracking, change management, and transition; - Managing clients expectations and meeting Customer needs.BA activities:- Participation in 2-3 fixed price projects for one client simultaneously as analyst and/or manager;- Elicitation, clarification, documentation and management of software requirements;- Non-functional requirements and business rules analysis;- Critical evaluation of the information gathered from multiple sources and decomposition of high-level information into details;- Business process description;- Scenarios, task and workflow analysis; - Use cases, mockups and wireframes creating, UI prototyping;- Active daily communication with Customers;- Performing acceptable testing of the deliverable features;- Active support of development team during the full project life cycle in an Agile/Scrum environment.Presale activities: - Review and analysis of the RPRs and various sources of information provided by Customers, - Participation in technical calls with potential Customers, gathering requirements, - Processing large amount of data, - Participation in proposal creation.
