I'm Anna, I study data science at the University of Michigan exploring different ways computers and AI can interact with the real world. Currently, I am working on two exciting projects focused on research and development in pose estimation, generating multimodal synthetic data, and improving AI data privacy systems.My career journey has been diverse and exploratory, allowing me to discover my true passions. I've gained valuable experience across various roles, including Design Engineer, Trading Analyst, and XR Dev and Lab Manager. My research portfolio is equally varied, encompassing carbon emissions analysis in developing countries, applications of deep learning in computational finance, and exoplanet characterization.Beyond my professional interests, I am a diehard art lover, appreciating all its various forms and mediums. I've recently decided it's time to throw my own hat into the ring and have begun experimenting with new media art forms that incorporate software-based and data-driven elements, which has been both fun and challenging.
