I am an experienced, motivated and confident Leader and Classroom Teacher who is committed to ensuring that all students achieve their personal best from their educational pathway. This includes not only in their academic studies but ensuring that they are well rounded individuals by maximizing the opportunities that are given and shared with all students. As a highly organized individual I am able to ensure that there are suitable strategies in place to support and encourage stakeholders on all levels to be the best that they can. As a positive individual, at the heart of this is effective communication to motivate and inspire others. I am a team player and will work hard to ensure outstanding outcomes are achieved. I have a passion for Geography and the outdoors and like to take on new challenges and make the most of opportunities that are given to me. I have taught Geography across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 extensively. I have also been involved with primary transition and post 16/18 pathway options.
