Led a team of business experts and software engineers with the mission to digitalize and improve internal processes for the visual merchandiser organisation. Was a part of the implementation of agile way of working. Identified tech requirements and launched a new digital process for ordering copy.

Optimized the digital customer journey by identifying both frontend and backend improvements within e.g. internal search, navigation, SEO, product listings and filter. Formulized the strategic agenda and led projects together with UX, UI, Front end and A/B testing towards tech development.

Worked in a global team to optimize content and product presentation onsite to drive conversion and sales. Analyzed, set and implemented a global strategy for product exposure and implemented personalized components onsite.Did a parallell project as Online sales single point of contact to secure the H&M brand experience in our first franchise set up for online. Responsible to set commercial guidelines for a franchise partner in the expansion phase of Middle East.

Worked closely with 30 stores in the Stockholm area, representing a majority of the revenue streams in Sweden. Main responsible for driving profitability for the area. Ability to pass on a business- and profitability way of thinking to store colleagues was crucial.

(1) Automated a process for emails to landlords. (2) Updated competitor mapping, identified indicators for the best store locations and integrated those into current analysis tools. (3) Followed up on sales from rebuilds and store openings.

Conducted analysis and did routine work within the three stages of planning, buying and selling. Performed a project aiming to facilitate the process of adjusting size curves for coming seasons on country level in Basic u/w.

Conducted customer, partnership and industry analysis to provide strategic insights for product development. Created and implemented a new solution for the registration site. Follow up showed 16% less time spent on the registration site.

Elected to lead 3 major projects and approximately 150 persons with budget responsibility of 1 MSEK. One of ten students in charge of the executive administration of SASSE with 2000 members and a turnover of 16 MSEK. Represented SASSE at several occasions e.g. the 100-years anniversary at the City Hall of Stockholm.
