• Manage the curriculum development of classroom-facing projects, including digital activities and lessons for MORE (Model of Reading Engagement)• Design lessons for first through fourth-grade science and social studies, utilizing quantitative and qualitative evidence to support product iteration• Lead curricular design team in iterative design processes• Conduct classroom observations and feedback loops with teachers to support product iteration• Support the development of Professional Learning resources, based on adult learning theory• Organize and implement social-media based communications strategy to promote MORE (Model of Reading Engagement)• Translate academic research into general audience infographics• Design and build the MORE and READS Lab websites• Create and maintain cross-functional content libraries and style guides for MORE, READS Lab, and READS for Summer Learning• Write, design, and review UX content to convey the mission and brand in Figma• Monitor performance metrics

• Create and maintain math activity products for sale using InDesign and Illustrator• Translate research on math development and learning into content (blog and Instagram posts) for a wide audience, reaching nearly 100K unique users per post
