- Mentor teachers in curriculum development - Hire and supervise all support staff - Evaluate teachers based upon official observations of classroom lessons - Organize and run special school events including contests, olympiads and workshops - Manage student behavior issues and coordinate discipline plans

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans incorporating various methods of teaching to ensure students are actively engaged and understand the materials- Motivate each student to apply mathematical understanding and skills- Promote key critical reasoning skills as well as social and emotional growth- Evaluate the academic and social growth of students- Communicate with parents by maintaining records of academic performance, attendance and social acclimation
