This hands-on experience also exposed me to the profound physical and emotional challenges of managing injured players.Over the course of my placement year, I developed my skills set. Working within a team setting strengthened my teamwork abilities, while daily interactions with a large player cohort enhanced my communication and leadership skills. The dynamic nature of sports demanded constant critical thinking and professionalism, traits which I developed through navigating its inherent unpredictability.
