Passionate about people and places - meeting new people and learning from new experiences. Travel and sport obsessed in equal measure. Outside of work I can be found playing tennis or planning/enjoying my next getaway.I started my career on a general management graduate scheme in the aviation sector. This allowed me to explore my passion of people and places and in the eight or so years that I followed I worked in a variety of commercial, operational and strategic roles. Learning and change being the only constants.I moved into Consulting in 2018 and now support organisations to change and transform, helping them utilise technology and harness Data & Analytics to make lasting, sustainable change. People must be at the heart of change. I aim to create environments where people can be themselves, where diversity of thought is celebrated, and people are empowered. it's in these environments people thrive and great things happen. It's taken me many years to be comfortable in my skin and recognise my value. I'm thankful to the many mentors and friends that have helped me get here.
