Steadily increasing responsibilities, beginning with a core business systems analyst role and building to leading numerous specialized projects and taking on new roles both within and external to my workgroup. Interpret and analyze government regulatory program requirements and monitor the programs for changes. Translate requirements and regulations into quantifiable system upgrade and reporting needs, and coordinate with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software vendor to support the requirements. Build, testing, and implementation of new features and reports. Develop educational materials for clients and communicate to clients via bulletins, presentations, and webinars.Point of contact for potential new clients: provide pre-contracting discussion, negotiation, system demonstrations, and cost quotes. Coordinate with the legal team to prepare contracts and see through signing and transition project to an implementation analyst. Lead a team of analysts working with teams across the organization, including physicians, business managers, and software analysts to implement three major software upgrades, with each upgrade project spanning over a year. Manage team communications, including presentations to clients and company leadership, bulletins and letters, and training sessions for new system features. Implement EMR software in physician offices. Follow up with clinics on an ongoing basis to provide additional training and software optimization.

Lead analyst for many clinic EMR software implementations, which included meeting with department managers, physicians, and staff representatives to determine their needs and configure the software accordingly. Provided training, in-person support, and ongoing workflow analysis and optimization.Provided help desk support to users. Led classroom training sessions on the EMR software.

Led a team of 10 people in implementing Epic Ambulatory for 200 providers and 350 staff.

Provided on-site support for Epic Ambulatory go-lives. Led meetings with clinic management to determine workflows and Epic build. Created a handbook for implementation staff outlining advanced Epic system features, tips, and implementation considerations.
