Anna is an IP commercialisation specialist with nearly 15 years of experience advising on transactions dealing in valuable IP assets. Anna has worked on some of the most high profile IP commercialisation deals in the market, with a particular focus on patent licensing and technology transfer, R&D agreements, IP joint venture arrangements, brand licensing and brand co-existence agreements. Anna has also advised on the IP aspects of hundreds of M&A transactions. Anna trained and qualified at Allen & Overy's London office and practised in London for five years. This experience provided her with the global perspective that is essential for cross border IP commercialisation deals. Since 2019, Anna has co-lectured the UNSW Juris Doctor masters course “Intellectual Property & Technology Commercialisation: Strategic Management of the Lifecycle of Innovation”.Anna graduated with Double First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge, England in 2007 and was awarded junior and senior Harris Scholarships for outstanding academic achievement.In 2014, Anna obtained dual qualification as an Australian lawyer and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW. In 2018, Anna was one of the first lawyers to obtain accreditation from the Australian Institute of Project Managers; Anna consistently employs G+T's market leading project management tools to deliver the best value for money and efficiency for clients.
