I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and joined Inntel in 2015. My role is to ensure that our Customer Service teams continue to deliver their award-winning service and exceed our clients’ expectations on every interaction.In addition to this, I am Inntel’s ESG lead, looking after our operational sustainability as well as ensuring that we deliver innovative solutions to our clients to support them with reducing their environmental impact as a result of business travel and meetings. I am particularly proud of some of the awards we have won as a result of our efforts, both for excellent customer service and our achievements in ESG such as the Bronze and Silver M&IT Awards, M&E team of the Year at the People Awards, Sustainability Champion at the People Awards and TMC Sustainability Initiative at the Greengage Awards.
