Partner Channel Marketing Manager
CurrentWork closely with the internal team and client to ensure that the requirements of every requests are clear and achievableEffectively communicate request expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionParticipate in on-going communication and workflow between the clients and internal teams, including regular confcalls if needed, be aware (on copy) of all relevant communicationProper usage of workflow tools (MASH) – creating tasks in the tool based on tracking guidance, ownership of tasksMarketing campaign planning, coordination and setting-up GTM campaigns based on pre-designed Microsoft programs/materials with partners/agenciesSetting-up project plan/timeline with partners/agenciesOperational support: Contracting & PO (Knowledge of compliance/privacy rules per country, Vendor setup in Microsoft tools & contracts), Execution details collection from partners for PO opening in MASH, Open PO/SOW sign-off based on Microsoft policies, Oversee & support execution (Tracking contract signature and PO approvals and it’s reporting, Tracking activities execution with partners, modify PO if needed)Reporting: Knowledge of compliance/privacy rules per country, Building weekly/monthly regular reports on activities, POE, invoice collection, review, coordination with partners and upload to MS Invoice
