-My role is to coordinate livelihood project activities implemented by CIDI in Arapai sub county - Spearheads capacity building training in the areas of Leadership and management/ Governance of groups, associations and cooperatives, participatory planning, Lobbying and advocacy, records management and climate resilience, adaptation and mitigation.- Organizing and coordinating stakeholders' collaborative and networking meetings - I am also competent in project management, research i.e. data collection, proposal development, reporting and application of Human Rights Based Approach to development programs.

- Supporting the team leader in Developing project implementation work plans and budget- Monitoring project activities implemented in all project areas- Documenting good practices observed during the monitoring visits and disseminating to stakeholders- Coordinating Disaster Risk Reduction platform activities- Preparing monitoring reports and sharing feed back for corrective action in case of any gaps identified during the visit- Preparing monthly reports - Supporting the manager in writing concepts for resource mobilisation
