Key Responsibilities:• Developed and maintained customer relationships, addressed customer needs; including gathering information related to product requirements, appropriate handling of service/product feedback, monitoring market trends• Selling software licences and services into existing customer installed base to meet sales revenue targets and objectives/quotas• Pricing and quotations, including tender responses • Assisted in meeting accounts receivable objectives • Monthly and quarterly forecasting to deliver revenue targets

Key Responsibilities:• To establish and manage successful business relationships with Paymark’s major customers – Shareholder banks, Issuers, Acquirers, Vendors and Corporate customers• To identify, promote and propose Paymark’s products, solutions and services to these customers • To co-ordinate the delivery of products, solutions and services with internal stakeholder groups• Budgetary responsibility to meet revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets within existing accounts• Collaborate with Head of Sales and Marketing to implement effective retention programmes and product marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:• Driving EFTPOS business growth through the addition of new retailers in a competitive market• Responsible for selling all EFTPOS processing products ( Q Card, Farmers Card) to retailers• Assisting the company to achieve targeted yields on New Business whilst ensuring new Retailer channels are profitable• Managing internal and external relationships and priorities to provide customer-driven services• Risk Management and Mitigation; ensure that policies and procedures are followed

Key Responsibilities:• 2006 – 2007: sole responsibility of the NZ office, covering all sales activities, strategic planning, accounting: reporting to Sydney • General Office Administration• Responsible for all sales activities from initial ‘cold-call’ through to delivery of services• Responsible for marketing activities from strategy through to creation of direct mail campaigns• Responsible for building and maintaining merchant and partner relationships covering NZ, Japan and the South Pacific
