Founder And CeoScarsdale Strings 2010 - PresentAnna Stampfli is the founder and CEO of the Scarsdale Strings Music School. A violinist for over 40 years and a career educator, she founded Scarsdale Strings on the premise that the study of music is an integral part of educating the whole child and above all should be fun. “Unleash your potential” is both her own and her school’s motto.The Scarsdale Strings Music School was founded by Anna Stampfli to bring quality instruction and instruments to pre-school and elementary school children within the greater Westchester, Greenwich and New York City areas. Scarsdale Strings provides programs to over 50 schools with more than 100 classes and over 10,000 enrolled students.Ms. Stampfli holds a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University, an administrative leadership certificate from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a Biology Minor from The State University of New York at Purchase. She is a licensed School District Administrator and has her New York State Permanent Certification in Mathematics for grades 7-12. Ms. Stampfli is also a New York City tenured teacher and taught Junior High School and Day High School Mathematics for over ten years.
