Responsibilities:- Checking of seafarer’s documents;- Corresponding with agents and partners of the company;- Preparing documentation for departure of seafarers (contracts, receipts, crew - lists);- Controlling the process of passing professional tests by seafarers ;- Assistance in preparing documentation for flag state documents;- Booking tickets and assistance in organizing conferences.
