Job Description: Front desk receptionist in a busy law office. I was responsible for answering calls, greeting clients, collect payments for services rendered, process incoming and outgoing mail, organizing and ordering supplies as needed, scheduling appointments and calendaring hearings and events, working closely with other assistants on Estate and Social Security Disability files, and preparing Settlement Petitions. I also performed clerical duties such as, typing letters and memos, filing, and opening and closing files.
