I have been a passionate organic grower for 15 years and love the challenge.I have no degrees, just wanted to grow a small organic vineyard that included olives,and fruit trees. I am learning as I go and do a lot of researchI am very small under an acre, which causes difficulty in marketing and making a profit.I guess you could say I do it for love, certainly not for money. I have received several awards in Wine State magazine.I produce solely shiraz, but have also produced a beautiful liqueur shiraz. Sadly a fire swept through my Vineyard when I was in New York, about 5 years grape ago, which curtailed the following seasons. However, luckily, the roots were not killed and are now producing vigorously.
