Customer Success Coordination & Communications Manager
CurrentIn this eclectic role, I oversee the communication, project, and change management of the Customer Success department. This entails working closely with each inner-department team to assist in navigating the ever-changing landscape of the Customer Success world. I help ensure that key projects and initiatives are meeting their set deadlines, and the changes are documented and communicated to the appropriate individuals and teams. This communication ranges from a weekly newsletter and knowledgebase articles to a quarterly department all hands meeting. I also responsible for keeping key stakeholders of the Customer Success organization and beyond up to date, and drawing attention to critical details for the success of the department.
