Together, we help to preserve and enhance the character of the built and natural environment of Maidstone and its surrounding rural areas. My team advises on and processes planning applications for development and other works in respect of trees, and natural and built heritage. We produce new briefs and policy documents specific to heritage, landscape and trees, and support colleagues in the development of place-making strategies, which set the vision for regeneration, sensitive conservation and redevelopment within the Borough.We are committed to effective stakeholder engagement to enable the delivery of strategic principles and ensure effective community interaction.
