Management of the Carl & Marilynn Thoma Art Foundation’s art collection. Responsibilities include: - Managing weekly art related projects- Facilitating art deliveries- Creating condition reports for work coming into collection and works going out on loan- Responsible for shipping of art - Installation of artwork in gallery spaces and storage racks- Oversee conservation and framing of artwork- Managing art database- Researching and documenting art for purposes that may serve the art collection- Ordering books related to collection and managing library database

The Board is responsible for the governance and finances of the non-profit organization. The Board sponsors many fundraising projects throughout the year. Additionally coordinated a network of Artist Member and community volunteers for fundraising and cleanup events.

The Kirkland Cultural Arts Commission is a volunteer board that works to help arts, cultural and heritage grow and thrive in the City of Kirkland. Along with supporting art and cultural initiatives throughout the year the Cultural Arts Commission advises the City Council on art acquisition and promotes strategic arts planning in Kirkland.

Overall management of the exhibitions department including department support, budget, program development, and fostering and maintaining partnerships in the greater community. Overseeing curator and artist communications and managing the marketing and documentation of exhibitions and gallery programs.

Working with the Seattle Aquarium's Youth Engagement Coordinator to facilitate the Creativity Inspiring Conservation Program, an environmental art program for high school students. Students are mentored by professional artists and environmental experts to create unique artwork to be displayed in a one night reception, online space and traveling exhibition.
