Responsible for the “off line” sales channel of the Dyson brand in Poland. I planed and implemented development plan covering chosen cities and Shopping Centers in Poland. I was directly responsible for managing Dyson Mall Demo Zones in Shopping Centers

Managing the expansion of the Tchibo chain stores in Poland. One of priority for this position was to choose and secure locations for new stores in Poland. I was responsible for financial analysis of existing stores upon cooperation with regional managers and controlling department. As a result of conducted analyze I was preparing “next steps” plan. Finally I was involved in close cooperation with Real Estate Team in HQ in Germany to align further expansion steps.

Having this role my main target was to secure the continuity of Drogeria Natura own stores before the brand sales process. I was mostly focus on acquisition of new Lease Agreements for next openings.

Responsible for direct cooperation with local Shopping Center Developer - Fabryka Biznesu in Łódż. My main responsibility was to run leasing process of Sukcesja Shopping Mall

Responsible for Vision Express Super Optyk expansion in Poland. I was arranging agreed with CFO & CEO expansion plan focusing new openings, rental reductions and contract prolongations. Additionally I was involved in creating expansion plan for Franchise chain in Poland. On top of that in first two years I was covering a role of Expansion Manager in Bulgaria for Vision Express chain.

Responsible for searching opportunities to build wider sales chain for Tatuum stores in Poland, Germany, Russia, Romania, Czech. Apart from creating opportunities to grow I was responsible for lease contracts negotiations and local market analyzes.

Responsible for leasing retail spaces in new Shopping Centers –Manufaktura in Łódź. I was acquiring tenants and running legal and financial negotiations with them.
