About Anna Strang
I have been in the aerospace industry for about 5 years where I have had the opportunity to work in roles that include focusing on design integration, aftermarket report writing, and design development. From a young age, I have always enjoyed problem solving and collaborating with others. My intrigue for engineering and problem solving started while working on classic cars with my dad as a child. My excitement for engineering was solidified after taking engineering classes in high school, where teamwork, creativity, and innovation was encouraged. I have continued to pursue my education through the University of Connecticut where I received my Master’s in Mechanical Engineering to expand my technical knowledge and explore other interdisciplinary engineering methods, such as systems engineering. Mentoring other engineers and leading the team to reach their goals motivated me to start ensuing my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management. My objective is to take the information taught in the leadership and management courses and implement the learnings into my everyday in the office.
