At Mercer, I am part of the Global Online Surveys Team, where we are dedicated to designing and implementing surveys that capture valuable insights on employee benefits from companies and organizations worldwide. My responsibilities include:• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝘀: Utilizing Qualtrics to develop comprehensive and efficient surveys.• 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data through meticulous cleaning processes post-collection.• 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: Performing detailed calculations and analyses using VBA in Excel and R programming in R Studio to prepare data for final reports.Together with my colleagues in research, we strive to provide organizations with the data they need to make informed decisions how to best support their employees at work.

I had the valuable opportunity to participate as a Data Science Mentee in the Dare IT mentoring program. Under the guidance of an experienced Data Scientist, I engaged in personalized 1-to-1 sessions focused on upskilling in data science. Together, we selected and embarked on my inaugural project: analyzing 120 years of natural disaster data to uncover regional patterns. In this process, I used Python data analyzing libraries like pandas, seaborn, and matplotlib. Additionally, the program included enriching networking events that expanded my professional horizons.

In this role I supported and monitored a variety of impactful projects carried out by over 30 non-governmental organizations across Poland. My key responsibilities included:• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Provided oversight and assistance to more than 30 NGOs, ensuring their projects met objectives and delivered meaningful outcomes.• 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Organized and coordinated networking events for participation practitioners, including the 10th Civic Participation Practitioners Forum, which brought together nearly 300 participants to share insights and best practices.• 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Managed the team’s website, www.partycypacjaobywatelska.pl, including the creation of a monthly newsletter to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.Through these efforts, I helped foster a collaborative environment among civic participation practitioners and supported initiatives aimed at enhancing community engagement and participation across Poland.

During my internship, I prepared and analyzed data using Looker Studio to develop comprehensive reports. I assisted in creating customized dashboards and reports tailored to specific program requirements and conducted quality assurance checks on datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
