I have 8 years of completions knowledge extending over 5 basins, including the Permian and Haynesville. My career has given me the unique opportunity to have both field and office experience while maintaining a focus on data analytics to optimize completion designs and overall cost. As a completions engineer for Restream Solutions I oversaw frac operations for six different clients across 5 different basins. I created detailed completion procedures using a combination of real-time and historic well data in order to optimize cost while maintaining production values. Each well was then monitored real-time for abnormalities in fluid quality to avoid any unwanted pressure responses from chemical treatments. After each well was complete, I put together a well review of lessons learned, finalized costs, and ran an evaluation of the success of the design. In addition to analytics, I also led a technical corrosion project, supervised 5 field technicians, worked with a software team to develop problem solving displays, conducted cost analyses for new wells, and maintained the monthly AFE cost tracking.My time as a completions engineer consultant with Ely and Associates allowed me to work directly in an operators office as a completions engineer. While there I was responsible for creating completion procedures, tracked real time cost to ensure AFE budgets were met, oversaw and directed daily frac jobs, and participated in service company bids. However, before I moved into the office setting, I was responsible for onsite completions. During this time I would make real time decisions on how to best complete frac stages safely and efficiently while maintaining the established budget. I oversaw locations of 30 people and ensured operations ran smoothly on a daily basis.At Halliburton, my responsibilities included quality control, job control, lab testing, and training new hires in the completion of both horizontal and vertical wells. I have through knowledge of the wolfcamp, bone springs, sprayberry, and paddock formations. I am experienced in running slickwater treatments, linear gel treatments, produced water treatments, crosslink treatments, and delayed crosslink treatments. I have also helped research new products and became an expert in running diverter and microsout.
