It was a project for a global sportswear brand, helping it to reposition itself in a key sport sector. Unfortunately we have a tendency to label employees (intern/research/strategist/creative), Anna was all of these and more. In working directly with the London research team, she found sport experts and local enthusiasts to interview in focus group, in-home or 1-on-1 deep dives, often writing the discussion guides and interviewing the protagonists. She has an amazing sense of empathy, with an eye for the unexpected which served the project well in the ideation phase. Here she worked with both our London, Berlin and Amsterdam HQ team and the client, to define the 5 insights, the consumer journey and the strategic recommendations. She even went on set to guardrail the insights for the production of an insights film. Anna is an incredible teammate and though we labeled her 'intern', she far excelled that title. With her curiousity, sharp mind to see patterns, copy-writing abilities to articulate the consumer voice, she was an exceptional asset, on this her first project with us.
