Responsibilities: 1. Overall supply production chain management. Including: - Scheduling the supplies according to the production schedule;- Optimizing the delivery with regards optimal storage utilization;- Optimizing the delivery with regards the optimal utilization of the company’s production capacity;- Optimizing the supply chain in order to minimize transportation costs. Ensuring minimal losses due to transport damage. 2. Handling RMA requests:- Negotiating the RMA conditions wit the supplier;- Arranging the utilization of faulty supplies;- When necessary working with the appropriate government authorities for the proper utilization of faulty supplies.3. Supplier management:- Working with local (Polish) and international suppliers;- Acquisition of new suppliers and arranging the supply chain for new products;- Insuaring alternative suppliers for key components;- Negotiating the quality standards and prices of the purchased goods;- Auditing suppliers production facilities;- Ensuring the suppliers are adhering to the agreed product and transportation standards;- Work with MRP and Qguar system (order and storage management system).4. Maintaining the company’s management system is up to date. Working MFG/PRO system5. Invoice management:- Ensuring all supplier invoices are correct and delivered on time;- Coordinating the invoice management with the accounting department;- Handling of invoice changes and cancellations.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and conduct lectures in English language;- Adjust the curriculum to each student initial competency level and learning speed;- Assess and communicate the learning progress of the each student individually ;- Participating in the new student acquisition - organizing and providing demo lectures.

Responsibilities:- Assuring availability of raw materials for production process;- Control the quality of the materials, and check their compliance with the company and government standards;- Taking care of the smooth proceeding of the logistic and financial aspects of purchases;- Organizing and supervising the development and market deployment of new products introduced by the company;- Evaluating suppliers according to company policies;- Ensuring the best price quality ratio for the order good, maximizing the company profit;- Finding new suppliers internationally in order to keep the company in top financial and innovative position;- Purchasing negotiations;- Cooperation with existing suppliers;- Cooperation with the departments responsible for production planning and financial matters;- Preparing monthly financial reports for the company budget realization;- Work with MRP and Qguar system (order and storage management system).

Responsibilities:- Taking care for the smooth proceeding of the production process in following aspects;- Checking raw material's quantity;- Watching closely the availability of materials in the storage and making an necessary orders if we are running low of stock for present and future production (TV and Refridgerator);- Searching for new suppliers;- Preparing offer requests for proposals based on specifications provided by the Technical Department;- Purchasing negotiations;- Cooperation with suppliers.
