My litigation background, defending companies in employment litigation matters involving co-founder disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, employee mobility, discrimination/harassment, wage and hour issues, equity and token grants, and other compensation-related issues, informs my approach to counseling and allows me to identify and address issues before they become contentious.
