This role was a mix between a Business Analyst and a Quality Analyst. I hosted meetings with a client to understand what they want their Salesforce implementation to be, I then translated those desires into requirements. Once those requirements are approved, I conveyed those details to a team of developers who then create the Salesforce implementation. From there, the requirements come back to me and I created test scripts to run against the requirements and verify that development has been completed. I then presented the completed requirements to clients for verification of completion.

From the spring of 2018 until I graduated in 2021 I assisted entry engineering courses in the classroom as well as hosting TA hours outside of class. While in the classroom, I assisted in classroom demonstrations as well as answering questions from students. With this program, not all entry engineering teachers followed the exact same curriculum so at times I would get students in TA hours who needed assistance that did not take the class where I was in the classroom. This meant that I needed to completely understand new assignments quickly in order to help students with the questions that they had.

I led a service based opportunity for high school students to volunteer to assist behind the scenes in the running of the camp. I also created and led a curriculum that had daily sessions and discussions around leadership development.
