I have been working for sixteen years within the financial domain both within the organization which is now NASDAQ formerly known as OMX and now for ORC.For fourteen of these years I have been in some kind of leading position. I have been subjected to the different leadership challenges of corporate growth, migrations, outsourcing and also of layoffs and cost-cutting. I have a deep knowledge of the financial industries, front to back office. My technical background makes it easy for me to get an understanding of architectural challenges and design tradeoffs. During the past ten years I have focused on Quality Assurance and strategies and tool development to enhance in this area and integrate into the Development Process.As a manager I like to set long term goals and visions to develop the team and the individuals in the team. I have also experience with very many types of specialists such as System Developers, User Experience expert, Technical Writers, Test Engineers and so forth. This has made me learn a lot about what people need, what is common despite roles and it has inspired my own targets to broaden my own competence. This has also enable me to give courses and speak at conference within different topics.I like challenges, and can easily adapt to new projects and new environments; I am positive, creative and not afraid to ask questions to understand the focus areas to work with. If someone would describe me they would also highlight fast learner and expert on development processes and testing.
