I have the responsibility for the Legal function in Randstad Sweden, which includes all areas of legal support to the business, corporate legal matters, internal governance, complaince framework, legal risk scanning, legal education and awareness and litigation. I have budget responsibility and for personnel. I’m reporting to the CFO with a dotted line to general counsel Randstad global. I had the overall responsibility for the Legal function in Proffice Group Nordic which included all areas of law such as corporate law, competition law, contract and sales law, public procurement law, intellectual property law and dispute management.The parent company was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap, whereby exchange and transparency rules were key issues. I prepared cases to the Board of Directors together with the CEO and CFO. Other duties were to monitoring and work with implementation of regulations. I had together with CEO the responsibility for public affairs in the legal perspective. I had also responsible for the Group's liability and business insurance as well as managing directors and board liability insurances. I handled the corporate formalities such as annual general meeting (including the Corporate Governance Report) for the listed company and for all companies within the Group. I stipulated requirements for the Groups outsourced functions, the support functions and the operations. I also supported service to the Board of Directors at the parent company, management team, Board of Directors of the subsidiaries, managing directors of the subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark in legal issues. I had the responsibility for several processes. I was also monitoring and developing policies, guidelines and templates. I had both budget and profit responsibility and for personnel. I was a member of the management team for support functions. I was the secretary of the Board of Directors.I reported to the CEO.

Head of Electronic Industry Association which among other things meant to develop industry issues by influencing the legislature (lobbying), provided consultation responses to the bill, informed and promoted the industry member companies and Board of Directors activities. Budget and profit responsibility. Reported to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Worked as a court clerk, and during the time of the mandate had to deal with all for a court clerk incoming cases.
