Project manager of Your e-PIT.Your e-PIT is an annual tax return for natural persons automatically prepared and made available by the National Revenue Administration. A taxpayer who uses the service does not have to fill-in the applications in order to settle his/her tax.The taxpayer’s tax return supplemented by data collected by the revenue administration is waiting for him/her in an electronic version in e-Urząd Skarbowy on the podatki.gov.pl website. The introduction of such a service was possible thanks to the extension of IT resources of the Ministry of Finance and the National Revenue Administration.

If communicating with native colleagues wasn’t difficult enough, I had an opportunity to test my communication skills when I had to interact with fifteen different partners from seven European countries. It taught me to be more sensitive to the ways in which people communicate. Some speak bluntly, others beat about the bush, but all have a message to convey.

Fighting for visibility. It’s not enough to be good and do things well. What matters is that this work is known. After a decade of working with projects aimed at SEMs I figure that the key to success is to get visible. Your target audience must know who you are and what value you can offer them.
