• Crop Protection Product ("CPP") and Seeds Market analysis;• Conduct quantitative and qualutative marketing research;• Analysis of the activities and customers' decision making processes;• Support implementation of marketing concepts. Convey regional specifics to central marketing;• Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns, contribute in the planning of the country marketing, advertising and sales promotion activities;• Event management (business-region): Organization and support of field days, panel discussions, training workshops, image events to push CPP and Seeds sales and increase customer loyalty;• Support Regional Sales team in maintaining a customer relation management (CRM) system;• Participation in pricing and budgeting processes;• Ensure full inter-functional cooperation with technical and sales department.

• Sales effectiveness analysis by using digital tools;• Analytical data support to Sales reps and KAM Distributors / Agro Holdings managers;• Contract Management (Distributors and Agro Holdings): blueprints, original contracts and annexes, maintaining Contracts registry;• Development and implementation commercial simulation modeling tools;• Analysis of Distributors' performance;• Organization of Sales trainings for Sales department employees;• Usage of CRM system for analytics and reporting.

• Database optimization, structuring and unification in the CRM system;• Filling, updating and further maintaining Customers` data (address, land bank, crop structure, contracts), actual sales to Farmers, Sales team bottom-up planning and actuals;• Development and implementation of customer identification methods (Farmers Segmentation);• Upload Customer Sales Plan and Fact into the CRM system on an annual basis;• Development and creation of CRM manuals;• Organization and conduct CRM trainings for Agro Sales team and newcomers;• Fulfill GDPR requirements (General Data Protection Regulation): update respective on an annual basis, ensure all existing GDPRs are uploaded;• Free Samples project (seasonal basis): planning, coordination, business rules fulfilment, analysis of project effectiveness;• Support Marketing promo campaigns;• CRM reports and analytics: prepare and provide quarterly CRM status reports and biweekly report to Heads of departments and other ad-hoc reports – upon request;• Support internal CRM-based projects;• CRM Ambassador to Ukraine from BASF global CRM community.
