The challenges initiated were for good and with visible improvement of the situation in general, related to efficiency and productivity. I have drafted two directives on behalf of UNMISS Police Commissioner and revised a few more. All were approved with appreciation. I have initiated and developed other strategic guidelines and internal projects.Till the end of the mission, I was a member of the Board of Inquiry for the assessment of the criminal cases in which UN staff were involved.
