Current• managing IT projects end to end• waterfall, agile and hybrid knowledge, and experience• experience in managing local and dispersed project teams consisting of up to 30 people, including Polish and international employees, also working in a different time zones• building project and program roadmaps and supervising their execution• building project recovery plans and supervising their execution• building and maintaining customer relationships and relationships with the internal and external stakeholders on different organizational levels• experience in building internal project management processes and supervision over their execution• project management coaching, knowledge sharing and mentoring• leading projects as an IT services supplier and as an in-house PM• e-commerce, web, mobile and corporate solutions (ERP, BI, SaaS)• Industries: FMCG (food and pharma), event, automotive, health care (web medical services)
