- Providing comprehensive support for Clients - Coordination of implementation of a product for new Clients- Providing timely follow-up and follow-through on all applicable client questions and concerns and assisting with Clients’ audits- Overseeing systematic input/set up of a product guideline modifications and revisions - Close cooperation with other departments during the implementation of the product and working directly with Legal department and Management regarding compliance issues during guidelines creation and/or modification -Training and acting as a Subject Matter Expert to various internal teams and new team members- Reviewing and approving background screening results for assigned products in accordance with previously approved Client’s guidelines
