My responsibilities include:• Supervising a team of six Collection Administrators and a Loss Recoveries Administrator. • Manage staff performance using KPI and targets. • Manage customer disputes, high risk and high volume matters. • Conduct Monthly Debtor meetings ensuring effective actioning of accounts and risk identification. • Ensure management are advised of any threats to on-going profitability. • Re-negotiate agreements – Commercial resolution of disputes, mitigate insolvency losses, and mitigate losses for customers at risk of insolvency.• Manage the Auditing of Dealer billed contracts – conduct annual audits to ensure contracts are correctly billed and any potential risks identified. Ensure monthly payments received by the dealers are made as per the companies Principle and Agency agreement. • Review existing procedures, identify and develop new process as appropriate to ensure effective internal controls. • Resolve disputes through solicitors, courts and consumer, Tenancy and Trades Tribunals with appropriate attendance. • Ensure all reasonable avenues are pursued and efforts made to mitigate losses which may incurred upon write off. • Manage Recoveries Process and balance recovery cost v amount recovered.

• Responsible for the NSW ledger which had up to 300 customers ranging from Bing Lee to a local Retravision• Daily duties included allocating payments which were cheques and direct deposit and processing adjustment notes • Up to 80 calls a day and meet strict monthly targets • Attain trade reference by fax for new customer • Reconciliations• Allocations • Entering and processing credit claims • Telephone collections 30 – 120 days • Size ledger $20 Million p/month • Reception relief
