Daily management of an account portfolio which is comprised of inventory and/or accounts receivable financing customers.Communication German and English. Pre-Sales Work - Responsible for making bid calculations and writing proposals in Germany and English language. Being in contact with Sales Representatives.Support and advice for a better profit. Answer queries about outstanding payments. Contact the vendors, the vendor's Accounting departments and our plant for more information about Purchase orders, Goods Receipts etc. Ask for missing invoices. Advance payments, Closing. Analyse Vendor’s Balances and work with Auditor Companies (PWC, KPMG etc.) Using SAP FI and MM modules.Communication in German and English language.Accounting of English invoices in SAP MM and FI Modules.Customer Responsible for 65 vendors.
