- Balancing targeted levels of service/product availability with inventory/cost across whole Avon EMEA Supply Chain or its client. - Close cooperation & communication with Manufacturing, Material and FG Planners, NPD, Sourcing, Commercial Marketing, Branches, Deployment agents, Warehouse and Quality teams and external clients.- Managing production executed by manufacturing or contract manufacturers - partial and full service production execution.- Managing productions as: giftsets, refills, nail enamels, sachets/ampules.- Using advanced ERP, B2B and LCM (Life Cycle Management) systems, exercising modern supply planning techniques.- Mitigation of demand volatility factor and adjusting game plan regarding supply vs. demand equilibrium. - Translating products’ life cycle (development-introduction-growth-maturity-decline) into relevant supply strategies. Distribution of finished goods from Central Warehouse & managing Inter Subsidary Shipments across Avon EMEA locations.

- Forecast and strategic buys to achive the budget.- Monitor and manage sales activity.- Stock management.- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns/promotions to build the credibility ofbrands.- Analysing the success of brand and verifies the effectiveness of the advertisement.- Creating reports and presentations.

- Administrative and logistic coordination on promotion.- Preparing promotion files for Logistic Department and Marketing Department (mostlyin Excel and Word).- Direct contact with suppliers and completely control about deliveries all the goods, logisticand packaging.- Solve problems with deliveries and take decisions to solve the problem with delivery.- Preparing and updating timely reports for my team (sales results).- Keep eye on prices in the system and marketing folders, input prices and discounts to the system.- Weekly prices confirmation with our Finance Director.- Cooperation with Marketing Department and advertising agency for folders.- Monitoring of competition activities.- Daily office responsibilities, preparing and verification contracts.

- Buying components for production for ex. jars, labels, carton boxes, foils.- Renegotiate the terms of contracts with suppliers.- Taking measures to optimize and reduce purchasing costs.- Taking care about invoices and customs clearance documents.- The attainment of savings by initiating and managing projects savings in terms of availablecontracts.- Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.- Organization and development of purchasing processes.- Participate in weekly meetings with Marketing Departments about new projects and discuss new strategy of the company.
