Manage smooth running day to day operations.- Manage employee relations, grievance and disciplinary issues and HR data integrity - Manage preparation and submission of monthly, yearly and ad hoc HR Management reports, HR and MOM surveys - Maintain and build effective relationship with internal and external key stakeholders - Effectively communicate the company’s values and behavioral standards, monitor and facilitate internal employee communications and HR initiatives - Manage employee leave and time management system

As a Leader of the Recruitment team of Swiber, I am in charge of the implementation of recruitment strategies that provide recruitment support to Swiber and Vallianz Group of Companies. And ensure the efficient and effective delivery of these recruitment strategies by understanding the business direction and departments’ recruitment requirements. -Play an active business partnering role in engaging the employees, line managers and HR business Partner (HRBP) in ensuring that employee needs and queries are being attended-Lead the recruitment team and responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruitment support for the APAC + projects.Recruitment and Selection-Ensure non-discriminatory policy for recruiting is upheld throughout the recruitment process. (according to TAFEP guidelines & Swiber policies)-Manage end to end recruitment which includes requisition, placement of job advertisements on various job portals, managing interviews, offer, negotiation and all matters relating to on-boarding.Scholarship- Strategies and implement Scholars Engagement Plan. (IE Singapore and MOM Scholarship)- Manage the Scholarship Selection Process.- Plan and organize scholarship fairs and events to promote Company’s scholarship schemes.- Manage scholarship administration and address scholar’s enquires.
