Managing all issues of assigned two commodities, including NPI, commercial issues, supplier delivery, quality monitor against following materials:a) Passive Electronic parts (Non-catalogue): inductor, transformer, thermal switch, PTC, ring varistor, ferrite core etc.b) wire harness2. Establish a supplier early involvement (ESI) process during project develop stage, to ensure technical engineering and quality requirements are adequately defined and communicated with supplier. 3. QR(RFQ) system management, benchmarking, cost analysis, supplier selection(sourcing tool) for each new item and be responsible to negotiate the best condition in terms of technology and price with suppliers.4. Strategy making for the whole commodity. eg. Supplier consolidation, yearly spending segmentation,cost saving(pure negotiation or VAVE), material standardization, payment terms extension.5. OPS review quarterly. Marketing trend prediction and analysis, adjust procurement strategy accordingly.6. Drive continuous improvement in process, system and communication. Shorten lead time, reduce MOQ, increase delivery frequency to realize JIT. 7. With QDCRT model, do SPR for all 70+ suppliers, supplier classification, have QBR with strategic and prefer suppliers. Responsible for supplier trainning on data base and daily performance improvement. Maintain good supplier relationships.8. Supplier localization, supplier audit, alternative material seeking.
