Designing and delivering a full programme of development and support for teaching primary mathematics to 19 schools and senior leadership teams across the Trust with the common purpose of closing the gap between disadvantaged pupils and their non-disadvantaged peers.

Working closely with educational leadership teams across Suffolk and Essex to deliver the vision for school development programmes. Building relationships with the Education Endowment Foundation and Research School network to develop and lead projects to improve the quality of teaching and learning using evidence informed practice.

Working with a network of schools to develop trainee teachers. Designed and led the core mathematics training for up to 60 PGCE and school direct trainees each year.

Class teacher across KS1 & 2 with responsibility for leading and developing mathematics provision and teaching across the school.
