• Organization, management and control of 8 FP&A Commercial streams (End-to-end process);• FP&A business process support, analysis, standardization and optimization; • LEAN and PDCA projects leading and implementation;• People management (staff hiring/selection, target setting and closing, staff development by coaching and mentoring, personal plan development creation);• Ensuring of main performance indicators execution (KPIs и SLAs);• Preparing Monthly Performance Review.

• Management and control of FP&A Commercial stream (distributors);• Leading FP&A activities (month-end-closing, forecasting, analysis, P&L creation); • Leading the processes of supporting and reconciliation with distributors as part of commercial compensation;• Consideration and making decision of non-standard issues on distributors;• Leading, calculating and confirming all commercial payments to distributors.

• Preparation of a commercial closure of Sales Package;• Issue of analytical reports for distributors as the results of commercial month-end-closing;• Resolving issues with distributors as part of commercial compensation;• Preparing discount data for Net Revenue report (part of P&L Report).

• Creation, supporting and updating contracts in SAP;• Cooperation, information and consultation at the initiators requests;• Preparation of reports and presentations on the work with contracts;• Support procurement team on contracts requestes.
