CurrentCollaborate closely with functional leadj partners, including Medical, Patient Safety, Access Strategy, and Commercial to develop high impact and ad hoc RWE and HEOR strategies and tactical plans that aligns with respective functional strategic imperatives for Hematology Asset. In addition, execute, design, identify appropriate vendor partners, capable RWD, and lead all planned/approved tactical priorities to generate evidence addressing gaps, unmet needs, supporting asset value and differentiation story for IRA reviews and inform treatment decision, and many more. Build network of KEEs and MSL partners to solicit valuable medical insights on Hematology disease understanding, patients, real-world clinical practice and physician treatment decisions. Additionally, manage budgets, defend research topics and protocols for high risk RWE projects, develop communication tools/materials not limited to publications, presentations slides, leaflets and one pagers outlining gaps, objectives, research findings and the implications (“the so what?”), thus the story.
