- Planning campaign timeline, ensure smooth and timely execution of campaign by coordinate with other teams to validate information of requirements- Do pre & post site check when a campaign lives to avoid errors or bad user experience.- Monitoring urgent request queue on working shift and execute the request accordingly- Identify loopholes and suggest ideas, working flow to improve the working process within internal team, between internal and external team.
