Project: Cloud Application Development (Automotive Aftersales)I led a large cloud application development project in the area of automotive aftersales. I was the project manager of the development team (20FTE) and the main point of contact to the customer. I planned and tracked the project as well as the budget. We worked according to agile principles, so I was also engaged in writing user stories, doing refinements, sprint plannings and sprint reviews. The application we developed went live globally after a short pilot phase. During this project I also gained a very good technical understanding, e.g. how do front-end and back-end communicate, how do microservices work and what is needed to deploy an application.
