Current• Responsible for administrating the employee lifecycle from induction to end of employment, managing employee paperwork and documents including contracts, end of employment letters, absence reports, maternity and paternity leave requests, change of terms and promotion letters, and flexible working requests. • Manage the HRIS (OneHR) including creation of employee accounts, issuing contractual documents for signature, producing reports and delivering system training to staff at all levels of the business. • At the direction of the HR Business Partner, performed a full HR file audit of over 350 employee records, liaising with department managers to complete and update necessary information, ensuring compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.• Designed line manager training on right to work requirements and managerial functions of the HRIS• Support the Head of HR with employment relations matters including pay claims, wellness calls, grievances and long-term absences. • In partnership with the Head of IT Transformation and Head of HR, currently scoping digitalisation of the employee induction process and materials, improving efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring accuracy of the Employee Handbook and policy documents.
