Through the University of Vermont, our team of 4 senior mechanical engineering students worked on a product for the client GlobalFoundries. The team used SCRUM to meet and communicate about the project, used a House of Quality to generate engineering specifications, created a verification plan to analyze how the product can be tested for quality assurance, used FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) components from the products design were analyzed and risks were assessed and mitigated.

Worked with industrial pumps and motors, updated SolidWorks drawings and bills of materials, performed hand calculation verification of testing data, undertook individual design projects, researched materials and pump components and observed routine pump tests and data collection.

Scanned and organized packages, loaded/unloaded trucks, cleaned/sanitized trucks.

Worked part-time during the school year as a gymnastics instructor and worked the summer gymnastics camp as well as attending team practices; Worked full time running the summer camp in the summers of 2019 and 2020 planning, managing helpers and teaching
