This role was based in a very fast paced, busy office. I had a list of clinicians I would assist daily. My duties included:- answering emails and telephones- chasing up reports- typing up doctors notes- typing up from audio dictation- sorting papers and filing them away correctly- updating the system using programmes such as excel

This was a front of house reception role. My duties included:- answering emails and telephone - booking in/cancelling/rescheduling appointments- selling and promoting products and deals- handling cash- taking payments- handling any complaints- cashing up at the end of the day- updating systems using excel- opening up/closing the shop

This was based in a recruitment office. Here my duties included:- answering emails and telephone- assisting the sales consultants- meeting and greeting clients and customers- chasing up timesheets- formatting cv’s
