Excellent service begins with understanding why an individual’s skin is behaving as it is, and what products, treatments, and home care routines may benefit them on their skin journey. I believe connecting each client’s unique goals with a deep understanding of the best methods to achieve those is key in client retention. From my experience, clients tend to be very receptive to add-on treatments and products from estheticians who can align a client’s personal goals with their skin’s needs.
